我们于1978~1980年在鼻咽癌高发区广西苍梧县进行血清学普查,从VCA/IgA抗体阳性者中可以发现早期鼻咽癌病人,但仍有大量VCA/IgA抗体阳性的正常人。为了在这些人中发现更多的早期鼻咽癌,我们建立了检查癌细胞内EB病毒核抗原(EBNA)的抗补体免疫酶法,但因早期鼻咽癌无明显局部病灶,难于取材作组织学检查,我们用负压吸引技术吸取门诊病人鼻咽部的细胞,获得满意的结果。本文报告应用此法于鼻咽癌高发区现场,从VCA/IgA抗体阳性者中检查鼻咽癌的结果。
We conducted serological surveys in Cangbu County, Guangxi, a high-incidence region of nasopharyngeal carcinoma from 1978 to 1980. Early-stage nasopharyngeal cancer patients were found in patients with positive VCA/IgA antibodies, but there were still a large number of normal people with positive VCA/IgA antibodies. In order to discover more early stage nasopharyngeal cancer among these people, we established an anti-complementing enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Epstein-Barr virus nuclear antigen (EBNA) in cancer cells, but it is difficult to obtain tissue for early nasopharyngeal carcinoma because of no local lesions. In our study, we used suction techniques to draw out cells from the outpatient nasopharynx to obtain satisfactory results. This article reports the use of this method in the field of high incidence of nasopharyngeal cancer, from the VCA/IgA antibody positive check the results of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
