目的对大连地区水产企业生产加工用水进行肠球菌检测,判断其卫生状况。方法根据水质检测ISO标准(ISO 7899—2∶2000)薄膜过滤法,进行肠球菌分离培养和生化反应鉴定,并根据肠球菌的高度保守的特异性tuf基因,合成了特异性引物进行PCR扩增。结果在41份检测样品中,两种方法的肠球菌检出率均为14.6%,主要为群Ⅱ菌株。结论本地区加工用水卫生状况不理想,应采取行之有效的措施,加强预防和治理。
Objective To detect enterococci in aquaculture production and processing water in Dalian and determine its health status. Methods According to ISO standard (ISO 7899-2: 2000) membrane filtration method, enterococci isolation and culture and biochemical reaction identification, and according to enterococci highly conserved specific tuf gene, synthesized specific primers for PCR amplification . Results Among the 41 samples tested, the detection rates of enterococci in both methods were 14.6%, which were mainly Group Ⅱ strains. Conclusion The hygienic condition of processing water in this region is not ideal, and effective measures should be taken to enhance prevention and control.
