目的探讨CRP血常规联合在临床诊疗当中的应用价值。方法选取我院儿科2016年1月至2016年12月收治的80例感染性疾病患儿和同期接受临床检查的80例健康儿童作为研究对象,分别作为观察组和对照组,对照两组患儿的CRP和血常规指标水平。结果对照组儿童的WBC、超敏CRP水平处于正常水平,与之相比,观察组患儿的WBC[(13.98±3.42)×10~9/L>(7.06±0.72)×10~9/L]、超敏CRP水平[(14.11±2.97)mg/L>(2.82±0.09)mg/L]相对更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在观察组患儿当中,细菌性感染患儿的超敏CRP水平[(19.75±4.31)mg/L>(7.06±0.72)mg/L]明显高于病毒性感染患儿,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP血常规联合用于儿科临床检验,有效提升了儿科疾病的临床诊断的准确性,为临床治疗工作提供了重要的参考,其应用具有重要的临床意义和价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of CRP combined with blood routine in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Eighty children with infectious diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 and 80 healthy children undergoing clinical examination during the same period were selected as the observation group and the control group respectively, CRP and blood routine level. Results Compared with the control group, WBC and hypersensitive CRP levels in normal children were significantly higher than those in control group (WBC [(13.98 ± 3.42) × 10-9 / L> 7.06 ± 0.72 × 10-9 / L ], The level of hypersensitive CRP [(14.11 ± 2.97) mg / L> (2.82 ± 0.09) mg / L] was relatively higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Among the children in the observation group, the CRP level of children with bacterial infection [(19.75 ± 4.31) mg / L> (7.06 ± 0.72) mg / L] was significantly higher than that of children with viral infection, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion CRP combined with routine blood tests for pediatric clinical examination, effectively raising the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of pediatric diseases, providing an important reference for clinical treatment, its application has important clinical significance and value.
