After the T140-1 bulldozer is used for 100-200h, bulldozer slip phenomenon often occurs. The investigation was caused by the damage of the O-ring in the hydraulic control box. Figure 1 shows the internal structure of the control box with the hydraulic control box cover removed. The high pressure oil produced by the hydraulic pump passes through the high pressure oil pipe 6 next to the safety valve seat 5 to the earth-moving diverting valve 2 and the earth-reversing valve 1, and finally enters the bulldozer and loose earth cylinder to complete the blade and ripper.
