These cost metrics are based primarily on a report from Rand Corporation based on the U.S. Air Force Cost Manual Contractor Cost Study, which details the classification of costs and procedures required for procurement contracts. Although the contractor may not be consistent with the quotations after understanding these indicators, the acquisition of a comparable cost means
