甘肃洮河峡城水电站工程属于开发建设类项目。本研究通过对洮河峡城水电站建设项目的现场监测,对其水土流失量进行预测,系统总结与分析本工程水土流失的特点,归纳总结其水土保持监测的方法,评价工程建设对水土流失的实际影响,掌握主体工程实施时水土保持工程措施在控制新增土壤流失过程中所发挥的效用。同时,该工程监测所得的数据和结果还可以为同类工程水土流失的预测、防治措施体系、项目水土保持专项验收以及水土保持方案的编制提供参考和依据,为水土保持监督和管理工作积累经验。
Gansu Bahe Gap Hydropower Project belongs to the development and construction projects. At the same time, the data and results of the project monitoring can also provide reference and basis for the prediction of soil and water loss, prevention and control system, special acceptance of soil and water conservation and preparation of soil and water conservation plans for similar projects, and gain experience for soil and water conservation supervision and management.
