基于含有氨基类物质对三联吡啶钌电化学发光的促进作用,建立了直接测定组胺的电化学发光方法。通过MWCNT/ZnO/Nafion复合物膜修饰玻碳电极(GC)固定三联吡啶钌,研究了此工作电极在组胺溶液中的ECL发光行为。在最优的实验条件下,组胺质量浓度在1.0~1.0×104ng/mL范围内时其对数值与电化学发光信号呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9968),检出限为0.64 ng/mL,组胺的加标回收率为96%~103%,RSD为2.7%。
Based on the catalytic effect of amino groups on the electrochemical luminescence of terpyridyl ruthenium, a direct electrochemical luminescence method for the determination of histamine was established. The ECL luminescence behavior of the working electrode in the histamine solution was studied by immobilizing the terpyridinium ruthenium with a MWCNT / ZnO / Nafion composite membrane modified glassy carbon electrode (GC). Under the optimum conditions, the logarithm of the concentration of histamine showed a good linear relationship with the chemiluminescence signal (R2 = 0.9968) when the concentration of histamine was in the range of 1.0 ~ 1.0 × 104ng / mL with the detection limit of 0.64 ng / mL The recovery of histamine was 96% ~ 103% with RSD 2.7%.
