温室北墙是一种具有蓄热和放热功能的农业设施,在北方寒冷地区,温室墙体结构的作用显得更加重要。本文针对3种温室北墙(50cm红砖墙+3cm聚苯板;2温室共用50cm红砖墙,分别面朝南、朝北;38cm红砖墙+75cm炉灰+38cm红砖墙)进行试验研究,通过分析数据得到了温室中温度分布规律:在白天离地面和墙体越远温度越高,在夜间恰好与白天相反。利用Fluent软件对温室内的温度场进行了模拟分析,并且与试验数据进行了对比,验证了CFD在温度场模拟中的适用性和可靠性。
The north wall of the greenhouse is an agricultural facility with heat storage and exothermic functions. In the cold northern areas, the role of the greenhouse wall structure becomes more and more important. In this paper, three kinds of greenhouse north wall (50cm red brick wall + 3cm polystyrene board; 2 greenhouses share 50cm red brick wall, facing south, north respectively; 38cm red brick wall + 75cm ash + 38cm red brick wall) Research, through the analysis of the data obtained in the greenhouse temperature distribution law: in the daytime, the farther away from the ground and the wall the higher the temperature, at night exactly the opposite day. The temperature field in the greenhouse was simulated by Fluent software and compared with the experimental data to verify the applicability and reliability of CFD in temperature field simulation.
