去炎松—A(Kenacort—A)是一种新合成的类固醇激素(由美国施贵宝公司生产),1987年7月我们开始用于临床,并收到了良好的效果.现将我科经治的资料完整的577例疗效情况报告如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组577例变态性疾病患者,男319例,女248例,年龄8～72岁,平均38.1岁.过敏性鼻炎(包括并有哮喘者)242例,支气管哮喘223例,荨麻疹82例,药物疹18例,过敏性紫癜12例.病程2～30年不等.有明显季节性的402例.所有患者都曾接受其它药物(包括类固醇激素)治疗或变应原特异性减敏疗法效果差或无效;或者病情较重其它药物难以奏效.1.2 给药方法与剂量 肌肉注射,成人每次40mg,
