作者于1992～1994年参加援外医疗队在突尼斯国克比里医院妇产科工作期间采用宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全致习惯性晚期流产、早产52例，治愈52例，取得良好效果，现报告如下：资料与方法1.一般资料；年龄：28～29岁28例；30～39岁21例；40岁以上3例。手术时妊娠周期：14～16－1
