我们作出了自适应光学系统中经常要用到的波前重构器。该设备能够实时地从大量的测量相位差中计算出动态波前各点上的波前误差。它简单经济。本文叙述它的电路结构,试验方法,测试结果以及对硬件的要求。
We have made a wavefront reconstructor that is often used in adaptive optics. The device calculates the wavefront error at each point of the dynamic wavefront from a large number of measured phase differences in real time. It is simple and economical. This article describes its circuit structure, test methods, test results and the hardware requirements.
