The Wax Museum is famous for its waxwork on display. It was founded by Mrs. Dauphin, hence the name of her. Born in Strasbourg, France, she studied art with her uncle and helped create a wax figure. In 1802 she came to England with a collection of wax figures for her success. In 1835 she founded the wax museum in London. 145 years have passed since then. During this period, the site moved from Baker Street to Malier Pang Street, and the Wax Museum became a joint-stock company from the family business. Wax production of higher and higher levels, the content is more abundant. It now attracts 2 million people each year (10 times 1941) to visit. Wax Museum is divided into four exhibition floors (including the basement). The third floor is the focus of the exhibition. Here are three “dramatic scenes”, “greenhouse” and “hero” three exhibition halls. “Theatrical scene” comes as a stage performance, where wax figures represent major events in modern British history such as Queen Victoria’s throne, cover-up conspiracy to blow up
