理查德·大卫逊博士是《你脑中的情感生活》一书的作者。理查德·大卫逊认为,人们的性格、思维模式和情感反应都由大脑控制,而大脑通过练习可以帮助人们改善情绪、增强思维活跃度,从而达到改变生活状态的最终目的。他提出激活大脑有八种方式。1.将生活和工作环境变得愉悦如果希望获得更积极的人生,大卫逊博士建议在家中和工作空间里摆放能够提振心情的物件,比如与家人的度假照片等,实施这一建议的更完整方案是,每隔一段时间将摆放的物件又重新更换一次。
