潘女士来信:3年前,我与一家快餐连锁公司签订了为期3年的劳动合同,公司为我办理了包括失业保险在内的社会保险。劳动合同到期后,由于公司与我存在某些矛盾和纠葛,公司拒绝与我续约,致使我因此失业5个月。公司为了对我实施报复,虽经我多次催办,仍故意拖延3个月没有将我的档案转移到劳动和社会保障部门并办理失业登记。最终导致我只领取了2个月的失业保险金,其中3个月的失业保险金没有能够得到补偿。请问:对我造成失业保险金的损失公司是否应当承担赔偿责任?
Letter from Ms. Pan: Three years ago, I signed a three-year labor contract with a fast food chain company. The company handled social insurance for me, including unemployment insurance. After the labor contract expired, due to some contradictions and disputes between the company and me, the company refused to renew my contract, resulting in my unemployment for 5 months.
