职业适应是人的社会适应的一个重要方面,人一旦踏人职业领域,必然会面临职业适应问题,对于刚刚迈出大学校门的中小学新教师来说,能否达到职业适应,决定着他们能否为教育事业做贡献,能否健康成长。而现在很多新教师不同程度地存在职业适应不良的现象。文章试图针对中小学新教师职业适应不良的表现,分析其原因,并提出防范和减少中小学新教师职业适应不良的对策。
