哈密大枣栽培历史悠久,果实个大核小,肉厚,味甜,外观艳美,品质极优,在国内外久负盛名。长期以来,哈密大枣在栽培过程中,形成了许多优良的类型和单株。为了给大枣产业开发利用提供优良的种质资源,我们在哈密大枣主产区--哈密市五堡乡对近千株哈密大枣进行普查,并通过访问及座谈,选择了具有代表性和典型性特征的28个单株进行形态特征和生物学特性的观察和测定,将其中果实性状基本一致的划分为一类,共分出5个类型。
