十年来，我分局随着全面质量管理的深化和发展，QC小组活动如雨后春笋，蓬勃兴起。1981年仅有26个，成员261人，占职工总数的0.8％，到目前已发展到有注册的QC小组1693个，成员达12535人，占职工总数的313％。这些QC小组已成为我分局全面质量管理战线的生力军，为我分局全面质量管理的推行和深化，奠定了坚实的群众基础。十年来，共完成各类攻关课题4810个，取得分局级以上优秀质量管理成果1216个，其中局级248个、省部级86个、国家级2个，取得经济效益9021.8万元。
Decades, my branch with the deepening and development of total quality management, QC group activities mushroomed, booming. In 1981, only 26, 261 members, accounting for 0.8% of the total number of employees, up to now has a registered QC team of 1693, with 12,535 members, accounting for 313% of the total number of employees. These QC teams have become a new force in the overall quality management of our branch and laid a solid mass foundation for the implementation and deepening of total quality management in our branch. In the past ten years, a total of 4,810 key research projects have been completed and 1216 excellent quality management achievements have been obtained at or above the sub-bureau level, including 248 at the bureau level, 86 at the provincial and ministerial levels and 2 at the state level, with an economic benefit of 90.218 million yuan.
