目的 :分析和报道吻合血管腓骨移植重建上肢骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损的疗效。方法 :采用吻合血管腓骨移植 ,对 15例上肢骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损进行重建 ,其中恶性骨肿瘤 3例 ,良性骨肿瘤或瘤样病变 8例 ,骨巨细胞瘤 4例。移植腓骨长度 4～ 12cm ,平均 8.6cm ,2例重建肩关节 ,5例重建腕关节 ,所有病例随访 1年以上。结果 :骨愈合时间为 3～ 8个月 ,平均 4 .8个月 ,根据MusculoskeletalTumorSociety评分系统总平均分为2 5 .6分 ,总体临床效果满意。结论 :吻合血管腓骨移植重建上肢骨肿瘤切除术后骨缺损是挽救上肢骨肿瘤患者肢体、保留肢体功能的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and report the curative effect of anastomosis of vascularized fibular bone graft for the reconstruction of bone defect after upper bone tumor resection. Methods: Fifteen cases of bone defect after resection of upper extremity bone tumor were reconstructed with anastomosis of fibular fibula. There were 3 cases of malignant bone tumor, 8 cases of benign bone tumor or tumor-like lesion and 4 cases of giant cell tumor of bone. Transplantation of fibula length 4 ~ 12cm, an average of 8.6cm, 2 cases of reconstruction of the shoulder joint, 5 cases of reconstruction of the wrist, all cases were followed up for more than 1 year. Results: The healing time ranged from 3 to 8 months with an average of 4.8 months. According to the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society rating system, the overall mean score was 25.6. The overall clinical effect was satisfactory. Conclusion: It is an effective method to save the limbs of the patients with upper extremity bone tumor by reconstructing the fibular bone graft after reconstruction of upper extremity bone tumor.
