在4 m~3电动挖掘机的工作部位中,动臂总成和工作机构的全部重量都要依靠钢丝绳、动臂自身、回转大盘的前梁和 A 型架所组成的三角形来支撑。这几处零部件虽然没有相对滑动或转动,但在挖掘机工作中产生的各种复杂振动条件下,某些部位的强度和稳定性明显不足,会经常性地发生磨损或断裂损坏。经过多年的维修和改进.最终消除了 A 型架的两处故障维修点,现将 A 型架2个零部件结构的改进情况介绍如下。
