目的　探讨B超在药物流产前后的诊断价值。方法　对 2 86 5例超声诊断早孕与药物终止早孕过程进行回顾性分析。结果　B超为药物流产对象的选择、是否为宫内妊娠、孕囊各径线与停经天数是否相符 ,以及用药后孕囊排出的不同方式、宫内残留与流产后出血时间长短关系等 ,均可提供重要依据。结论　B超检查在药物流产过程中具有极大的诊断价值 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of B-ultrasound before and after medical abortion.
