球墨铸铁的球化剂以往一直采用稀土、镁合金。近年来,在国内已出现钙、稀土合金,它以钙代替价格昂贵的镁。实践证明这种球化剂能降低成本,提高机械性能。比色法测定钙所用的显色剂,常用的有铬黑丁,紫脲酸铵,偶氮胂Ⅲ等,这些试剂对金属离子反应的选择性较差,必须预先将钙分离,或采用适当的掩蔽剂。据有关资料介绍和我们的研究表明,偶氮氯膦Ⅲ在酸性溶液中能与钙生成蓝色络合物。它与稀土络合物很相似,在波长614—616毫微米和664—669毫微米出现两个吸收峰。
