我們曾以不同浓度的赤霉素处理黄麻种子和噴射麻株,並观測其促进黄麻生長和增加麻皮产量的效应。試驗主要結果如下: 1.赤霉素处理种子的效应:赤霉素处理黄麻种子,有促进种子萌发、提高出苗率和加快幼苗生長的作用。尤其对于在本省气候条件下出苗率低、出苗持續时間長的長果种黄麻,其效果更为显著。根据試驗,种子以1~5ppm赤霉酸处理的效果最好,发芽势,圓果种較对照增加4%,長果种較对照增加29%;出苗率,圓果种較对照提高9%,長果种較对照提高17~28%;原麻产量較对照增产3.47~4.5%,其中以5 ppm处理的效果最高。赤霉素处理种子,对地上部分有加速伸長的作用,因此有利于麻皮的增产。但在另一方面,也可看出种子經处理后,其植株常有“缺綠”現象,色泽較淡。
We treated jute seeds with different concentrations of gibberellin and sprayed the hemp plants, and observed their effects on promoting jute growth and increasing the yield of hemp. The main results of the experiment are as follows: 1.
