蛋白质组学的诞生与发展,为研究蛋白质表达和功能变化提供了强有力的技术支持,使人们可以从整体、系统的角度了解药物在蛋白质水平上对机体的作用,为中药新药的研究开发带来了前所未有的机遇。随着我国中药现代化和国际化进程的加快,已有许多研究者开始借助蛋白质组学技术发现中药的作用靶点、分析中药的有效部位或有效成分,取得了一定的研究成果,为中药新药的开发奠定了基础。然而现有中药蛋白质组研究工作还存在某些方面的不足,不仅所使用技术的鉴定分析能力未达到最佳,而且缺乏深入的数据分析与进一步的验证,此外还缺乏对方剂作用下蛋白质组变化的时序研究。对当前中药蛋白质组研究的了解和评价有利于今后更好地开展中药新药研究工作。
