煤矿井下采区辅助运输一般使用调度绞车,人力、物力投入量大,且工作环节多、安全可靠性差、运输效率低。无极绳绞车运输可以有效解决运输距离长、巷道变坡多、运输环节复杂、安全可靠性差和运输效率低的问题,但无极绳绞车对巷道适应能力差,通过优化的设计、安装和调试,陕西蒲白马村煤业公司在条件复杂的南11采区上部运输巷成功使用了无极绳绞车,形成了高效、安全、经济的采区辅助巷运输。
Auxiliary transport underground mining area generally use scheduling winch, human, material inputs, and more work links, poor safety and reliability, transport efficiency is low. Promise rope winch transport can effectively solve the problem of long transportation distance, more changeable roadway, complex transportation, poor safety and reliability, and low transportation efficiency. However, the winch has no adaptability to the roadway. Through the optimized design, installation and commissioning, Shaanxi Pu Baomacun Coal Company succeeded in using the infinite rope winch in the upper transportation lane of the South 11 mining area with complicated conditions, thus forming an auxiliary lane transportation with high efficiency, safety and economy.
