随着全球经济的迅猛发展,可供人类使用的能源和资源逐渐较少,有些资源甚至已濒临枯竭,为了人类的可持续发展和寻求后代的生存空间,人类要坚持走人和自然和谐共处、可持续发展的道路。目前,我国的市场经济仍然呈现高投资、高损耗、高污染、低效益、低水准的特点,而模具制造是我国制造行业的基础产业,其产生的能源消耗超过全国总能耗的一半以上,同时能源的稀缺将阻碍我国制造业的发展。因此,本文基于节能环保的目标,从模具绿色设计和绿色制造两方面展开对绿色设计理念在模具设计和制造中应用的研究,以期减少能源消耗,实现模具制造业的绿色可持续发展。
With the rapid development of the global economy, less energy and resources are available to human beings and some resources are even nearing exhaustion. For the sake of mankind’s sustainable development and seeking for the living space for future generations, mankind must persist in taking the coexistence of man and nature, Sustainable development. At present, China’s market economy is still characterized by high investment, high consumption, high pollution, low efficiency and low standard. Mold manufacturing is a basic industry in China’s manufacturing industry, which consumes more than half of the country’s total energy consumption, At the same time, the scarcity of energy will hinder the development of China’s manufacturing industry. Therefore, based on the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection, this paper studies the application of green design concept in mold design and manufacture from the aspects of mold green design and green manufacturing, with a view to reducing energy consumption and realizing green sustainable development of mold manufacturing industry.
