根据《储蓄存款利息所得税征收管理办法》,白银市平川区国税局共收缴各储蓄网点代征的1999年11月份5853储户缴纳的税款7721.35元。 《储蓄存款利息所得税征收管理办法》公布后,白银市平川区国税局非常重视此项工作。他们组织全体税干认真学习,积极向社会各界进行宣传活动,随时向群众提供咨询服务解答疑难问题。同时深入储蓄机构进行纳税辅导。1999年11月3日,辖区内12个储蓄机构全部办理了委托代征税款手续,每月的1日～7日是法定的申报期。
