以 3个杂交中稻品种为材料 ,研究了杂交中稻收割前再生芽死亡机理及其调节。结果表明 :( 1 )头季稻收割前再生芽死亡率高 ,死亡主要集中于倒 4、倒 5节位芽 ;再生芽长度与死亡率呈极显著负相关 ,死亡芽中 95%的长度≤ 3.5cm。 ( 2 )杂交中稻收割前再生芽死亡率高的机理是头季稻抽穗后光合物质主要是供穗部籽粒灌浆结实 ,分配给再生芽生长利用的光合物质极少 ;环境因素对再生芽生长的促进作用 ,必须在一定量的光合物质供给的基础上才能显现。 ( 3)促芽肥施用时期距头季稻齐穗期天数与再生力呈极显著负相关关系 ,但其效果与母茎营养状况有关 ,当母茎营养状况过好或极差时 ,促芽肥施用时期对再生力的影响较小
Taking 3 hybrid mid-rice varieties as materials, the mechanism and regulation of regenerative bud death of hybrid medium rice before harvest were studied.
