经济新常态下,私营企业集体劳动关系危机频发,而有效预警防范危机发生有重要意义。因此,在前期研究基础上,构建由预警指标管理系统、预警信息系统、预警评价与推断系统、报警系统、排警系统五大子系统组成的私营企业集体劳动关系预警系统,并对山西省84家私营企业进行实证研究,从理论和实践上证明该系统具有可行性和有效性。
Under the new economic normal, the crisis of collective labor relations in private enterprises is frequent, and it is of great significance to effectively prevent and control the crisis. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, an early warning system for collective labor relations of private enterprises composed of early warning index management system, early warning information system, early warning evaluation and inference system, alarm system and warning and alarm system was constructed. Eighty-four Private enterprises carry out empirical research, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the system theoretically and practically.
