目的 探讨Vimentin细胞骨架蛋白在正常家兔眼晶体中不同区域的分布与白内障家兔晶体中Vimentin含量的对比,从而论证Vimentin在致障中的代谢活跃。方法 选取成年健康家兔13只及白内障家兔13只取左眼晶体,采用免疫荧光染色法,照相,计算机图像分析(灰度值X±S)。结果 发现Vimentin阳性物在晶体赤道部表面水平最高,在向晶体中部移行的过程中阳性程度逐渐下降,最后消失,同时表明健康家免与白内障家免晶体中Vimentin的含量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论提示在致障方面Vimentin有明显改变。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Vimentin cytoskeletal protein in different regions of normal rabbit eye lens and the content of Vimentin in cataract rabbit lens so as to demonstrate the active metabolism of Vimentin. Methods Thirteen adult healthy rabbits and 13 cataract rabbits were selected as the left eye crystals. Immunofluorescence staining, photographic and computer image analysis (gray value X ± S) were performed. The results showed that Vimentin positive was the highest in the equatorial part of the crystal. The positive rate of Vimentin in the middle part of the crystal decreased gradually and finally disappeared. Meanwhile, the content of Vimentin in healthy subjects was significantly different from that in cataract patients (P <0.05 ). Conclusion suggests a significant change in Vimentin in terms of impairment.
