在异丙醇存在下,将氨基硅油和带环氧基的聚醚通过开环反应,制得了氨基和聚醚共改性硅油(AEMPS)。用IR对其结构进行了表征。对AEMPS的应用性能进行了研究。结果表明较佳条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间6h,氨基硅油和环氧基聚醚的质量比为2∶1,溶剂用量60%(相对于氨基硅油和环氧基聚醚的总质量),且当氨基硅油的氨值为0.6 mmol/g、黏度约960 mPa.s时,经其整理的白棉布的弯曲刚度经向181 mN、纬向132 mN,白度81.5°、亲水性3″54。而通用型氨基硅乳整理的白棉布则分别为:168 mN、125 mN、81.1°、>300″,空白布样的则分别为:258 mN、157 mN、82.8°、1″15。
