目的研究红花Carthamus tinctorius的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法对红花提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从红花中分离得到了10个含氮类化合物,分别鉴定为L-苯丙氨酸(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、次黄嘌呤核苷(3)、鸟嘌呤核苷(4)、2′-脱氧胸苷(5)、2′-甲氧基尿嘧啶核苷(6)、巴内加素banegasine(7)、腺嘌呤核苷(8)、2′-脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(9)、5′-deoxy-5′-methylamino-adenosine(10)。结论化合物3、5、6、9和10为首次从红花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Carthamus tinctorius. Methods Various chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify safflower extracts, and their structures were identified according to their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten nitrogenous compounds were isolated from safflower and identified as L-phenylalanine (1), thymine (2), inosine (3), guanosine (4) , 2’-deoxythymidine (5), 2’-methoxyuridine (6), banegasine (7), adenosine (8), 2’-deoxyadenosine (9), 5’-deoxy-5’-methylamino-adenosine (10). Conclusion Compounds 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10 were isolated from safflower for the first time.
