幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染已成为突出的公共卫生问题。近年来,世界各国对Hp感染的危险因素进行了大量研究,结果表明:年龄、性别、身高、家庭人数和出生顺序;职业和体力劳动;饮食、饮水和饮食习惯;生活习惯(饮酒、吸烟、喝饮料);家庭社会经济状况;遗传和地理位置等因素与感染存在流行病学的关联。本文就有关这方面的研究进展加以综述。
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection has become a prominent public health problem. In recent years, a large number of studies have been conducted on the risk factors of Hp infection in various countries in the world. The results showed that: age, sex, height, number of family members and birth order; occupational and physical labor; diet, drinking water and eating habits; Drinking beverages); family socioeconomic status; genetic and geographical location and other factors associated with the presence of epidemiological infection. This article reviews the research progress in this area.
