为减轻矿用气体传感器调校的繁重任务,提高工作效率,设计研制了一种矿用气体传感器的智能调校系统。首先介绍了调校原理和整体设计方案,之后给出了数据采集子系统和控制子系统2部分的硬件设计,最后介绍了软件设计,并给出了软件程序流程图。应用实践证明,该设计方案具有运行速度快、系统稳定等优点,在提升矿用气体传感器调校效率方面作用明显。
In order to reduce the heavy task of adjusting the gas sensor for mining and improve the work efficiency, an intelligent tuning system of mine gas sensor was designed and developed. First of all, the adjustment principle and the overall design scheme are introduced. Then, the hardware design of the data acquisition subsystem and the control subsystem is given. Finally, the software design is introduced and the flow chart of the software program is given. Practical application proves that the design scheme has the advantages of fast running speed, stable system, and has a significant role in improving the calibration efficiency of mine gas sensors.
