沙棘果去籽,经水蒸汽蒸馏、乙醚萃取获得挥发油。用气相色谱和色—质联用仪进行定性测定。结果表明,从挥发油中分离出36种化合物,经定性鉴定,有烷烃8种,烯烃3种,芳香烃1种,醇类2种.酚类4种,醚类1种,醛类2种,酮料1种,饱和脂肪酸3种,不饱和脂肪酸2种,芳香酸1种,羧酸酯3种,杂环化合物1种,共32种化合物。为沙棘的进一步开发利用提供了理论依据。
Sea buckthorn fruit was deseeded, and the volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation and ether extraction. Qualitative determination by gas chromatography and color-to-mass spectrometry. The results showed that 36 compounds were isolated from volatile oils. After qualitative identification, there were 8 alkanes, 3 olefins, 1 aromatic hydrocarbon, 2 alcohols, 4 phenols, 1 ether, and 2 aldehydes. There are 1 ketone material, 3 saturated fatty acids, 2 unsaturated fatty acids, 1 aromatic acid, 3 carboxylic acid esters, 1 heterocyclic compound, and 32 compounds in total. It provides a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of seabuckthorn.
