本试验通过盆栽大蒜探讨土壤施硒、锌、锰、铜对大蒜吸收这些元素以及这些元素之间的相互影响。结果表明,随着土壤施硒量的增加,土壤中硒的有效含量增加,大蒜地上部和地下部含硒量也增加;土壤施锌、锰、铜对大蒜吸收硒几乎没有影响;而硒会明显地抑制大蒜对锌元素的吸收,对锰、铜的吸收虽有抑制但只在地下部明显,因此,土壤施硒的量一定要合适。
This experiment explored the use of potted garlic soil selenium, zinc, manganese, copper on garlic absorption of these elements and the interaction between these elements. The results showed that with the increase of soil application of selenium, the effective content of selenium in soil increased and the content of selenium in shoots and underground parts of garlic increased. Soil application of zinc, manganese and copper had little effect on the absorption of selenium by garlic; Obviously inhibited garlic absorption of zinc, manganese, copper absorption although inhibited but only in the underground obvious, therefore, the amount of selenium in the soil must be appropriate.
