近些年来我国食品工业迅猛发展,冰淇淋市场十分活跃,生产能力产品质量都有所提高。每年以近20%的增幅发展,据轻工总会有关人士估计,今后一段时间内冰淇淋产销仍会日益扩大。1994年我国人均消费冰淇淋0.75千克,1996年已突破1千克,已成为继美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本之后的冰淇淋消费大国,但按人均消费量计算我国比起发达国家相差甚远,发展潜力巨大。
In recent years, China’s food industry has developed rapidly. The ice cream market is very active and the quality of production capacity has improved. Each year, it grows at a rate of nearly 20%. According to estimates from relevant parties of the China National Light Industry Council, the production and sales of ice cream will continue to expand over a period of time. In 1994, China’s per capita consumption of ice cream was 0.75 kg. In 1996, it exceeded 1 kg. It has become a major ice cream consumer after the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan. However, China’s consumption per capita is a far cry from the developed countries, with huge development potential. .
