目的开展品管圈活动降低日间手术爽约率,使优质资源得到充分的利用。方法选择2015年7月—9月在中南大学湘雅医院预约日间手术的所有患者,统计发生爽约的患者例数并分析爽约率,针对日间手术爽约率高的问题在2015年10月成立品管圈小组,确立以“降低日间手术爽约率”为活动主题,通过制定相关制度和改进相关流程等措施,2015年12月对活动前后共1 879例患者的爽约发生情况进行对比分析。结果开展品管圈后,日间手术爽约率从活动前的17.16%下降至活动后6.06%,目标达成率为122.65%。结论品管圈活动能有效降低日间手术爽约率。 Objective To carry out QC activities to reduce the rate of daytime operation and make full use of quality resources. Methods All patients scheduled for day surgery at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from July to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. The number of patients who had contracted discordance and the rate of incontinence were analyzed. The problem of high daytime operation rate was established in October 2015 Quality control team established the theme of “Reducing the rate of daytime operation” and compared measures to reduce the daytime operation rate through the establishment of relevant systems and improvement of relevant procedures. In December 2015, the contraventions of 1 879 patients before and after the event were compared analysis. Results After the quality control circle was operated, the rate of daytime operation was decreased from 17.16% before the event to 6.06% after the event, with a target reaching rate of 122.65%. Conclusions Quality control activities can effectively reduce the daytime operation rate.
