铰刀铰削加工一定数量的工件后 ,会因磨损过大导致被铰孔的尺寸偏离加工要求 ,此时必须更换铰刀 ,磨损后的铰刀只能报废或另作它用。为减少铰刀损耗 ,降低加工成本 ,笔者设计了一种装配式铰刀 ,可用于4 0~ 5 0mm孔的精铰加工。该铰刀的结构如图 1所示。刀块由焊接在刀座上
