ABC免疫组化法检测77例甲状腺肿瘤和非瘤病变中RB与P53抑癌基因蛋白的表达。所有标本中都有RB蛋白表达,表明RB基因失活在甲状腺肿瘤中不起重要作用。甲状腺非瘤病变与腺瘤中P53全部阴性,甲状腺乳头状癌、滤泡状癌中P53阳性率低(8.3%与15.8%),阳性细胞数也少(<10%),P53主要在甲状腺未分化癌中高表达(66.7%)且与乳头状癌,滤泡状癌有显著性差异,提示P53蛋白异常在甲状腺癌由高分化向未分化发展过程中起关键性作用。
ABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of RB and P53 tumor suppressor gene proteins in 77 cases of thyroid tumors and non-tumor lesions. RB protein expression was observed in all specimens, indicating that RB gene inactivation does not play an important role in thyroid tumors. Non-neoplastic thyroid lesions and adenomas were all negative for P53. P53 positive rates in thyroid papillary carcinoma and follicular carcinoma were low (8.3% and 15.8%), and the number of positive cells was also low (<10%). P53 It was mainly expressed in anaplastic anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (66.7%) and was significantly different from papillary carcinoma and follicular carcinoma, suggesting that abnormality of P53 protein plays a key role in the progression of thyroid carcinoma from well-differentiated to undifferentiated.
