本文提出了用双波长测定原理的铝、铁同时分光光度测定方法。在pH6.2~7.0的范围内A1-CAS-OP及Fe-CAS-OP两络合物的吸收光谱相互重叠,选择620nm作为测定波长,684nm作为参比波长,进行铝的测定。铁的测定则选择在733nm波长处用常规的分光光度法进行。铝及铁的标准曲线的线性范围分别为0~4μg/25ml及0~10μg/25ml。该方法已应用于纯镁及石灰岩中铁、铝的同时测定。
In this paper, simultaneous determination of aluminum and iron by spectrophotometry is proposed. The absorption spectra of the two complexes of Al-CAS-OP and Fe-CAS-OP overlapped each other in the range of pH 6.2 to 7.0, and 620 nm was selected as the measuring wavelength and 684 nm as the reference wavelength. Aluminum was measured. The determination of iron is then selected at a wavelength of 733 nm using conventional spectrophotometry. The linear range of the standard curve for aluminum and iron is 0-4 μg / 25 ml and 0-10 μg / 25 ml, respectively. The method has been applied to the simultaneous determination of iron and aluminum in pure magnesium and limestone.
