孙思邈,唐代医学家,有药王之称。他活了101岁,对老年养生很有研究,著有《千金要方》等医作,对我国医药学的发展做出了杰出贡献。孙思邈少时多病,为使自身健康和救百姓疾苦,他立志学医,寻求修身养性之方。师长们告诉他说:修身德为本,养性善为先。性自为善,百病不生,此养生之大经也。孙思邈亲身实践,摸索出了一套健身方法。他说:“走路要走鹅王步,语作含钟声,眠作狮子状。”这样坚持下去,必然身强体壮,百病不生。孙思邈利用为民看病
