随着全民健保的实施,医疗生态的剧变,今日医疗市场的竞争越来越激烈,消费者对医院的要求也愈来愈严格。因此,消费者对医院的要求不再以得到一个肉体健康的结果就能满足,而是希望除了良好的医疗设备、高超的医术之外,能有简化的手续、较短的就诊时间以及和蔼可亲的服务态度等等,以达到宛如入住“五星级观光饭店”的感觉。医疗界也不得不跟随潮流,谋求提升医疗服务品质之道,以增加竞争力。
With the implementation of universal health insurance and drastic changes in the medical ecology, the competition in the medical market is becoming more and more intense today. The demands of the consumers on the hospitals are also getting more and more stringent. Therefore, consumers are no longer satisfied with the requirements of the hospital in order to get a result of physical health. They hope that in addition to good medical equipment and superb medical skills, there will be simplified formalities, shorter visiting hours and amiable Service attitude and so on, in order to achieve just like staying in “five-star tourist hotel” feeling. The medical profession also has to follow the trend and seek ways to improve the quality of medical services so as to increase its competitiveness.
