鹿角胶Colla Cornus Cervi是我国名贵中药,和阿胶、龟版胶等一样都属于胶剂,往往因生产工艺不合理而产生使人厌恶的腐败臭。查国内外药典及地方标准均无明确的规定。本文为寻求衡量胶剂腐败程度的客观指标采用测定蛋白质腐败产生挥发性盐基氮的办法,并以粪臭质(即Indol)反应和英、美药典方法作了平行实验,结果满意,初步确定了其挥发性盐基氮的限度标准为30mg/100g以下为合格。控制了本地区药厂所产鹿角胶的质量,并改进了其生产工艺。
Antler Colla Cornus Cervi is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine in China. It is a glue that is the same as ejiao and turtle glue. It often produces a disgusting corruption odor due to the unreasonable production process. There are no clear regulations for examining domestic and international pharmacopoeias and local standards. In order to measure the degree of spoilage of the glue, this article used the method of determining the volatile base nitrogen produced by protein spoilage, and conducted a parallel experiment with the Indol odor reaction (Indol) reaction and the British and American pharmacopoeia method. The results were satisfactory and preliminary determined. The limit standard of the volatile base nitrogen is 30 mg/100 g or less as qualified. Controlled the quality of antler rubber produced by local pharmaceutical companies and improved its production process.
