目的 检测卵巢上皮类肿瘤患者尿中 8 羟基 2′脱氧鸟嘌呤核苷 (8 hydroxy 2′ deoxyguanosine ,8 O HdG)的水平 ,探讨DNA氧化损伤在卵巢上皮类癌发生机制中的作用。方法 于 2 0 0 2年 3~ 1 0月采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测 2 1例卵巢恶性上皮类肿瘤患者 ,1 7例卵巢良性上皮类肿瘤患者和 31例健康妇女尿中 8 O HdG的水平。结果 卵巢恶性上皮类肿瘤患者尿中 8 OHdG的含量为 (1 4 0 8± 4 92 ) μg/gCr ,卵巢良性上皮类肿瘤患者为 (9 4 1± 3 93) μg/gCr ,健康妇女为 (9 6 4± 2 95 ) μg/ gCr ,恶性上皮类肿瘤组与良性及健康对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。尿中 8 OHdG的水平与肿瘤分期、分级无关。结论 DNA氧化损伤在卵巢上皮类癌发生机制中可能起重要作用。
Objective To detect the level of 8 hydroxy 2 ’deoxyguanosine (8 O HdG) in the urine of ovarian epithelial tumor patients and to explore the role of DNA oxidative damage in the carcinogenesis of ovarian epithelial carcinoid. Methods Twenty-one cases of malignant ovarian epithelial tumors, 17 ovarian benign epithelial tumors and 31 healthy women were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) HdG level. Results The urinary levels of 8 OHdG in patients with ovarian malignant epithelial tumors were (1480 ± 4 92) μg / gCr and those in benign epithelial ovarian tumors were (9 4 1 ± 3 93) μg / gCr and those in healthy women were ( 9 6 4 ± 2 95) μg / gCr. There was significant difference between benign and healthy controls in malignant epithelial tumor group (P <0.05). Urinary 8 OHdG levels and tumor stage, grade has nothing to do. Conclusion DNA oxidative damage may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of ovarian epithelial carcinoid.
