目的 研究表皮生长因子 (EGF)受体在植入前胚胎细胞中的表达及其生物学意义。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法检测人植入前胚胎细胞EGF受体的表达情况。结果 未受精卵即卵母细胞、受精卵卵裂后 2细胞期至 10细胞期胚胎细胞表面均有EGF受体的表达 ,其表达量的荧光强度基本一致。结论 EGF受体在植入前胚胎细胞中有表达 ,EGF超家族成员中的肝素结合EGF可能通过与EGF受体结合 ,参与早期人类胚胎的生长、发育和着床。
Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor in preimplantation embryo cells and its biological significance. Methods Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect the expression of EGF receptor in human preimplantation embryo cells. Results The unfertilized oocytes were oocytes. The expression of EGF receptor was detected on the surface of embryonic cells in 2-cell stage to 10-cell stage after fertilized egg cleavage, and the fluorescence intensity of their expression was basically the same. Conclusion EGF receptor is expressed in preimplantation embryo cells. Heparin-binding EGF in EGF superfamily may participate in the growth, development and implantation of early human embryo by binding to EGF receptor.
