笔者以高校美术课堂教学中的三个镜头为例,针对这三个镜头当中的问题,对美术教师在美术教学过程当中教书育人提出几点思考:提倡尊重学生的个性化特征,不扼杀学生的想象力与创造力;建立平等的师生关系,提升教师个人的人格魅力;重视对学生自信心的塑造,对学生满怀期待。
Taking the three shots in college art classroom teaching as an example, the author gives some reflections on the problems of teaching and educating fine arts teachers in the process of art teaching: to respect the individual characteristics of students and not stifle students Imagination and creativity; establish equal relationship between teachers and students to enhance the personal charisma of teachers; attach importance to the shaping of students’ self-confidence, full of expectation to students.
