目的:探讨层级管理在神经康复科临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法:根据分层级管理的原则,将神经康复科护士根据学历、职称、工作能力的不同进行分级管理和工作安排,并定期进行考核。评价分层级管理前后护士专业水平(理论知识、操作技能)、护理质量、患者和医生满意度。结果:实施分层级管理后,护士的理论知识和操作考核成绩均明显高于实施前(P<0.05),科室的整体护理质量得到较大提高(P<0.05),医生和患者满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在神经康复科实施分层级管理,可提高管理效果,提高整体护理质量,以及患者和医生的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management of neuro-rehabilitation department. Methods: According to the principle of hierarchical management, neurological rehabilitation Nurses according to academic qualifications, job titles, ability to work at different levels of management and work arrangements, and regular assessment. Evaluate the level of nurse professionalism (theoretical knowledge, operational skills) before and after management at different levels, quality of care, patient and doctor satisfaction. Results: After implementing the management at different levels, the nurses’ theoretical knowledge and operation examination scores were significantly higher than those before the implementation (P <0.05), the overall quality of care was greatly improved (P <0.05), and the satisfaction of doctors and patients was significant Higher than before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of hierarchical management in neuro-rehabilitation department can improve the management effect, improve the overall quality of care and the satisfaction of patients and doctors.
