目的:观察滋阴活血解毒方对大鼠脑缺血后炎性因子白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、滋阴活血解毒方组、阿加曲班组,每组15只。用大脑中动脉线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血模型。用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-8、TNF–α的含量。结果:脑缺血后各时段模型组大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量明显高于同时段假手术组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),各时段滋阴活血解毒方组、阿加曲班组与同时段模型组比较均能降低大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:滋阴活血解毒方对脑缺血模型大鼠的脑保护作用可能与其抑制炎症反应有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on the levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α Impact. Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu Fang group and argatroban group, with 15 rats in each group. Focal cerebral ischemia model was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion. Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in each group were measured by ELISA. Results: The levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in the model group at each time point after cerebral ischemia were significantly higher than those in sham operation group at the same time (P <0.01). Ziyinhuoxue The levels of IL-1β, IL-8 and TNF-α in detoxification group and argatroban group were lower than those in the model group at the same time, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The protective effect of Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu Fang on cerebral ischemia model rats may be related to its inhibition of inflammatory reaction.
