目的 初步探讨喘宁软胶囊的平喘作用机制。方法 采用整体试验观察致敏小鼠抗原攻击后肺灌洗液和周围血中的嗜酸性粒细胞聚集反应 ,采用离体试验观察致敏大鼠抗原攻击后腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒反应。结果 喘宁软胶囊 2 ,4 ,8g/ kg和对照药地塞米松 2 m g/ kg ig给药显著减少肺灌洗液和周围血中嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润。喘宁软胶囊 33.3,6 6 .7mg/ L 和对照药酮替芬 0 .333m g/ L 明显抑制致敏大鼠腹腔肥大细胞脱颗粒反应。结论 初步证明喘宁软胶囊的平喘作用可能与其抑制嗜酸性粒细胞浸润和稳定肥大细胞膜有关
Objective To explore the mechanism of antiasthmatic effect of Chuan Ning soft capsule. Methods The whole test was used to observe the eosinophil aggregation in lung lavage fluid and surrounding blood after sensitized mice were challenged with antigen. The in vitro test was used to observe the degranulation of mast cells in sensitized rats after antigen challenge. RESULTS: Administration of 2, 4 and 8 g / kg of chuanning soft capsule and dexamethasone 2 mg g / kg ig of the control drug significantly reduced the infiltration of eosinophils in lung lavage fluid and peripheral blood. Chuanning soft capsule 33.3, 66.7 mg/L and ketotifen 0.333 mg/L significantly inhibited mast cell degranulation in sensitized rats. Conclusion It is initially proved that the antiasthmatic effects of Chuan Ning soft capsule may be related to its inhibition of eosinophil infiltration and stabilization of mast cell membrane
