本品种由江苏省农科院与江苏丘陵地区镇江农科所协作,利用江苏农学院提供的1138-2×比松第二代群体,经多年选育而成.株高50厘米左右,株形紧凑,秆硬不倒.主茎节数10个左右,分枝一个左右.叶椭圆形,棕毛.紫花.亚有限结荚习性,单株结荚约14个,每荚2.4粒,单株约32粒.粒椭圆形,种皮黄色,黑脐,籽粒饱满,微有光泽,百粒重20克左右.种子蛋白质含量40.8%,脂肪18.7%.全生育期108～110天.一般3月底4月初播种,5月下旬开花,7月20日前后成熟.不裂荚,落叶性好,较抗病毒病,耐阴,耐湿,喜肥水.在肥沃地上种植,更能发挥其增产潜力.
